You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date without any charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain special packages, promotions, or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.

4. Modifications

Changes to your booking, such as date or room type, are subject to availability. Modifications made less than 48 hours prior to arrival may incur additional charges.
